What does the free Xformer class planner create?
It creates a timed class framework with six blocks: arrival and setup, foundation, primary strength, counterbalance, integration, and instructor notes. The prompts change with class length, room experience, programming emphasis, and transition style.
Does the planner prescribe exercises or spring settings?
No. It deliberately leaves movement selection, equipment setup, resistance, regressions, progressions, and contraindications to the studio’s approved method and qualified instructor. It is a planning worksheet, not certification or medical guidance.
Is the Xformer class planner AI-generated?
This free page uses a transparent rules-based framework, so its output is predictable and does not use a model. ClassFlow Studio AI can go further inside the product by drafting from a studio-owned movement library, rules, load tags, and recent-workout context.
Can I print the plan?
Yes. Use the Print plan button after choosing the class inputs, then print or save the framework as a PDF using the browser print dialog.
